Hired Waterbird to do both pressure washing of gutters, soffits, and walkways/driveways as well as window cleaning. Scheduling was very easy, and they showed up right on time today. Gutters and soffits were completely black and now look brand new. The sidewalk and driveway look like concrete was just poured. To complete the job, they washed all exterior windows, window jambs, and screens. Just a complete and thorough job all around. I am scheduling the next cleaning for 6 months. Lastly, the price was very fair, and the quality of work is a 10+.

I called Waterbird on Saturday and told them I needed the exterior of our house cleaned from top to bottom, including the drive/walkway. They quoted me below what 2 other companies had and said they could do the work that Wednesday. The job is complete now, and I am impressed and very happy. Our house/roof looks fresh, and they used a soft wash so no paint was harmed. The windows and porch are perfectly clean and clear, and the driveway that was covered by oak trees for years looks great! They did so great that I already called for a quote on another job. Highly recommend.
